Privacy Policy

What we store

• Account data: your email address, your company name, logo and brand color, and the email addresses of people you invite.
• Your work data: buildings, areas and checklists, inspection results, notes and photos, issues, and the client contact names and email addresses you enter.
• Location (optional): if a supervisor chooses to add their location to an inspection, we store the coordinates and accuracy their browser reports. It is never required.
• Client requests: the name and message a client types on a report page.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie, and a one-way hash of the network address used to limit abuse of sign-in and request forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

Only to run the service: sign you in, store and show your inspections, build and email your weekly client reports, and prevent abuse. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage) and Resend (sending email). Payments, once offered, will be handled by a merchant of record that processes card details; we never see full card numbers.

Report links

Each building's client report is reachable by anyone who has its private link. You can replace the link at any time in the building settings, which stops the old one working.

Your choices

You can edit your data, delete inspections and turn off or remove client emails in the app. Removing a building or area hides it but keeps its past inspections for your records; to export or permanently delete your account and all its data, email us. Client contacts can stop the weekly email by replying to it (the reply goes to the cleaning company) or by asking the cleaning company to turn it off.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. After you ask us to delete your account we remove it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something.
