Terms of Service

The service

Northfield Inspect lets cleaning companies record inspections and share reports with their clients. Scores and reports are based only on what your team records; we do not verify them.

Trial and payment

New accounts get a 30-day free trial without a card. Paid plans ($79/month up to 15 buildings, $149/month unlimited buildings) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.

Your responsibilities

• Keep sign-in links and report links private, and only invite people who work for you.
• Only add client email addresses of people who expect your reports, and turn emails off when asked.
• Do not upload photos of people, personal documents, patient or other sensitive information. Photos are for the condition of spaces.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service. See the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will email account owners about material changes at least 14 days before they apply.
